Refund Policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will process a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund depending on the situation.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
